The service provided was good and the bus was both roomy and clean. As there was a delay of several hours on the highway due to a serious accident, I suggest:
1. That highway conditions be proactively monitored throughout each bus trip to allow possible detours to be taken.
2. Passengers be advised about unexpected delays or other challenges and provided with information that bus employees have access to.

The bus was disgusting, kleenex tucked in by the windows and no hand sanitizer/hand wash in bathrooms. Loose toilet paper. Grease stains all over my seat. Restroom REEKED of pee and was sticky all over. Paid same price as everyone else but got a seat that did not recline and did not suit shorter people. Genuinely would never book again.

Late arriving at destination. Traffic was not an issue. Driver stopped at a stop with no passenger pickup, spoke with someone they knew for 4 minutes and then left. Seemed the driver was going below the speed limit the entire time even as the highway was not bumper to bumper busy as in the past. Definitely no need to have been late as the driver would go 40 when it was 50, 50 when it was 60. Seemed to always speed up to the speed limit and then slow down the entire trip. Yes, I could see how fast the bus was traveling.
