Great to have separate air conditioned waiting room. Easy to find. We were expecting a snack and wifi on the bus. Neither were provided. Only 30min wifi which on a long bus ride with no english entertainment available was pretty lame.

My bus left without me because the girl at the ticket counter inside told me to wait inside when the bus was waiting at T2!! I was told next bus was at 17:25 and had to purchase another ticket!! I am not happy with the employees of ADO. I had to buy a train ticket and a bus ticket to get to Merida.

the trip was uneventful. The driver seems to have a problem continually shaking his legs (maybe ADHD?) but it didn't affect his driving. More important, I dropped my passport and visa card, he found it and chased me down. I'm very gratefull for that.

All went great! We didn't realize the bus was a small one (16 seater) until we went to board. We actually preferred it over a big bus, seats were comfortable and easy to move around. Temperature was good inside, bus driver was courteous and polite. Movies with subtitles would have been nice for us English speakers.
