I was unable to retrieve my ticket once I was at the station, I will ALWAYS buy my ticket so that I have a paper copy with a SEAT NUMBER. I have to say it was easy to buy the ticket online, for a premium, but for the convenience there was unnecessary confusion. OH WELL.
