Passengers generally found the bus service to be comfortable, clean, and easy to book. The staff were noted for their friendliness and competence. Many appreciated features such as Wi-Fi access during trips. However, some reviews mentioned issues like locked toilets or lack of stops for restroom breaks on longer journeys.
A very comfortable bus that arrived on time; the boarding location was easy to find. The only downside was having to ask at the boarding point if it was the right bus, as the app only showed the boarding and drop-off locations but didn't list the trip number or bus number.

The bus started late, my seat handle was broken. The seats really had issues. Front sears not full but the end was full. The seat distribution was bad. The bus arrived 20 minutes late

The conductor of the bus was rude and also had a bit of attitude... he allowed the other passengers to take the food inside the bus but did not allow us the bottle of juice and a sandwich
Passengers have shared positive experiences, highlighting friendly and efficient drivers who ensure a smooth journey with comfortable seating. The buses are generally clean and maintain punctuality. However, some travelers found it challenging to locate designated stops at airports or pickup locations due to unclear signage, which could be improved for convenience.

I didn’t like how confusing to find the designated stop at the airport. I like the spacious leg room and how on time the bus is with fewer stops.

It was awful!! We stopped at a service station on the way to get a drink. When we came out the bus had left with all stuff on board. We were not the only ones either. The driver did no checks on who was aboard his bus. We had to organise separate travel to Lisbon in the end and all the while trying to contact the companies customer service team. They have been no help. We are meant to be flying home but have no passports or anything!!

Bus was late. The bus was clean, airconditioning set perfectly, very comfortable seats, driver stopped for comfort brake, very responsible driving, well priced.
Customers appreciate the punctuality and politeness of the bus drivers, who are often courteous and helpful. However, there is some confusion regarding pick-up locations at certain points like airports, with suggestions for better signage to guide passengers more effectively. Additionally, concerns were raised about a driver using a phone while driving.

Good BUT the bus driver was all the time talking with somebody on the phone, I think the driver should not use the phone during driving 30 people on the bus!

The bus was 45 minutes late, the gps was off so it was bot possible to track it, nobody knew where it was. The driver was not friendly, and whe were going to Lisbon, not knowing there was two stops there, so we got off at the first stop thinking it was our destination, and realized while trying to call a cab that we were way too far from our destination, so ran back to the bus to ask where we were, and the driver was very annoyed that we asked to get back on the bus and continue the route. It would have been very helpful that the driver announce the locations since there are no other way to know where we are, and most importantly, to turn on the gps to help everybody track the location of the bus when the delay is so important.

The bus was on time and the driver was courteous and helpful.
Our only concern was where to go at the airport.
Several people thought the pick-up area was only for local buses so maybe some signage designating it as a pick-up area for all buses.
