BlaBlaBus bus did not arrive on time. After 30 minutes, many of us were confused and called the company. The company did not know where the bus was and we could not get on the next one. The bus came 1 hour later, had no reason for its tardiness, and the entire bus smelled like bad body odor from one bus driver. we arrive at Genova an hour later than expected, with no follow up or update from the company

Your customer service is very bad. The bus left without us. He was at the gate leaving and we ran after us. Even though the bus driver saw us steaming and running towards him he did not wait. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience and I will never book for me or my family or friends from blablabus.

ABSOLUTE CHAOS. luggage handling was a mess (no space in undercarriage), NO ONE spoke English, there was barely any space to sit onboard. It was very unpleasant.
