Flixbus Tignes Lyon recent customer reviews

It was really bad. The bus was 40 minutes late, the flixbus app gave no indication it was going to be late and when it finally came, it said it couldn't come to the actual stop due to adverse weather conditions. This meant we had to walk 15 minutes in the freezing cold (it was snowing and well below 0 degrees) to the new stop and we didn't even know if the bus was going to wait for us or if it would just drive off. So we were essentially running down the hill through the snow, our fingers absolutely frozen to try and get this bus. It was a horrible experience.
