The bus was replaced (double transfer with bags). Selling rear tickets if there are empty seats at the front. Some of the screens on the back of the seat did not work (impossibility of recharging the phone). There was no Wi-Fi on the second bus.

They announced on arrival at Valencia that those who needed Cercanias connections could do so at no extra cost, which was exciting although I didn't benefit personally. I wish they extended the same to metro services as well.

Every thing was good, the staff at the iryo office in chamartin were very helpful even though I only speak English. The carriage was clean and tidy and the wifi was great.
