Big Sky User Reviews
Big Sky has received mixed reviews from its passengers. Many appreciated the comfort and speed of the ride, along with friendly drivers who contributed positively to their travel experience. However, several users reported issues such as unpleasant odors in the toilets and a lack of clear information on routes or stops. Additionally, there were mentions of delays due to breakdowns and concerns about cleanliness inside some buses.
The staff were professional and friendly. However, the bus were full of rubbish and dirty which was not cleaned before we boarded in Kimberley for our journey back to Pretoria. We were also concerned about how thoroughly the bus is checked for breakdowns - the flicker did not work (bus 104). It was rainy while travelling to Kimberley and the poor busdriver could not see the road clearly as the aircon on the front window was broken. We however never felt unsafe. Well done big Sky!

Trip was very long and did not arrive on time I was 2 hours and 30 minutes late.. As per booking. Driver keep the aircon so could most of the passengers was complaining and he just ecnor them. And that is not customer friendly because people said they not going to use big sky again and that is not good for business to loose 1 customer is bad and it Al go by the word of mouth. Let's fix that. I was sitting in that bus for nearly 20 hours and that is not good.
Vuyisile M.
The bus got stuck in Johannesburg CBD for almost 15minutes and the mechanic responded well and sort it, the Aircon were not working, overall the journey was much better try to inspect busses thoroughly as they do long distances Thanks!
