Really great experience with Rider Express! I got caught up in the WestJet strike and needed to get from Regina to Edmonton, so I decided to take the bus. I have to say, it was actually a much more pleasurable experience than flying! There was plenty of leg room, a footrest, spacious seats with seat belts, and free Wi-Fi. Even the washroom was clean and surprisingly spacious. I also loved not having to worry about liquids in my bag, going through security lineups, or paying for overpriced airport food. It was so nice to simply sit back, relax, watch the scenery go by, and enjoy the journey. Overall, I found it to be a much more relaxing way to travel. I will definitely consider taking Rider Express again!

The bus was delayed for about 30 minutes, despite only receiving one notification stating a delay of 10 minutes. During pickup another bus from the same company arrived, but neither driver stated where they were travelling to, so myself and many other passengers were rather confused and concerned as to which bus was which. In the end, I got on the correct bus and I did get to sit by myself. The stops along the way were quite fast, but we did arrive 30 minutes late. experience. Although the ride itself was smooth, the delay and lack of communication was unfortunate.

This was booked for my friend Ian who is 76 years old. His ticket said Bay 10 at the airport and they dropped him and 7 others at 7-11. There is an airport shuttle that can be called and the driver said no he doesn't go to the airport and no there is no shuttle ..he was wrong there is a free airport shuttle that your drivers should know about. A 76 year old walked down the road by the cars and through the ditch. Absolutely terrible.

The driver drove like a madman, I couldn't get any sleep on the bus because he was driving so fast. He took a couple extra breaks which was nice but he still got us here an hour before schedule so my ride wasn't ready to pick me up. He was driving so fast I couldn't fall asleep on the bus
