I didn't let it concern me because I had checked the destination with him earlier.

Flixbus Albufeira Lisbon recent customer reviews
The bus driver was rude to one lady who simply was needing help. She had her receipt, but he told her it wasn’t the same as the boarding pass and it held up the line for quite a while. He was also half an hour late.

The bus was late leaving Albufeira and stopped for 30 minutes at the rest stop. I was too late to catch my flight and just spent 1500 Cdn $ to get a new flight.
