The bus had problem of Tyres in Masvingo we had to wait for more than 5hours for them to change instead of us to reach in Hre rodpot at 8pm we end reach in the morning around 3am

First I booked my trip online and I was looking for a luxury coach. It explained there was wi-fi , toilet and leg room . Booked my ticket paid $91.72 from Harare to beitbridge . On arrival at road port the bus I was instructed to get in was just a chicken bus . No wi-fi no toilets dirty no leg room . I complained and was told to decide to go or loose my ticket . This is day light robbery I paid for for 4 people to go to beitbridge . I don’t see the difference of buying in line and buying ticket at the road port . Can I be refunded my money . I don’t have to beg . But this is robbery

First of all we are still in Bloemfontein Second of all the drivers they don’t communicate with that passengers that it’s time for lunch the bus was very full some people end up standing and siting in the passage lm not happy at all and l Won’t recommend it and people were fighting over sits bcoz 1 sit was sold to 5 people
