Bus from Cusco to Arequipa: Tickets & Timetables

Even though almost the entire bus was empty, a girl was seated next to me. No Bluetooth to connect the screen. A bit cold. Other than that, good

The whole process was very smooth, from booking to arriving at our destination. Check in at Terminal Cruz del Sur in Cusco was easy and the bus was extremely comfortable and clean. The reclining seats are excellent and the 10 hour ride to Arequipa was without incident. We arrived an hour late but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Best bus trip I've ever taken! Curtains for privacy, a TV, and we even got a snack.

Haven't used other bus companies in Peru so can't compare, but very disappointed with Exclusiva. The staff in Cusco station were very rude, the bus had no wifi, it was ridiculously cold the whole 10 hours, and the stale bread and crackers they served as a meal don't even deserve to be described as 'food'. I visit 10-15 countries a year and it's literally the worst 'food' offering i've ever received on transport. Nothing impressive about this company.

Great experience, very comfortable seats and so lovely to get free pillows and blankets! The heating needs fixing though, the bus felt like a sauna at times.

Bus was great, but getting info at the terminal was difficult as nobody spoke English and was unwilling to explain to me that after I picked up the ticket, I had to pay 1,5 soles for something I don’t even know what for and which bus I should board- the info on the ticket didn’t help me at all. The only reason why I managed to get to the right bus in time was because of a young man who graciously followed me all the way. The others just waved me away- it was stressful and I eventually became desperate. Luckily one man out of the 10 staff members I asked helped me. I’m not sure I would recommend any foreigners to take the bus.

The bus makes lots of random stops in the middle of the night and lets people on and off in the middle of the road, and not at proper bus stations.

We were under the impression that the bus had Wi-Fi and Ac. It had neither. The driver cranked the heat up so high we were burning up and there was no windows for us to open or air to control. When we asked to turn it down we were rudly told No. The Bus also had a very weird smell. I will never time the superciva bus.

It was pretty cold down the back of the bus compared to the front (on the 1st floor). Although it was great to be able to put the seats back, the one in front of me went back so far I couldn't move my legs much at all. The girl I'm front of my partner on numerous occasions kept ramming her chair back and hitting his knees.

It was great! The seats were super comfy and reclined really far. We were given snacks and mint tea when we boarded. The amenities were great. The bathroom was clean but no toilet paper or soap so bring your own. The only thing I didn’t like was they blasted the heat and had no ac options so I was boiling at one point around 3am.

They actually switched bus company. And it was so hot, it was a torture the whole ride.

The bus broke down and I was stranded 2 hours outside Arequipa, horrible experience
