Bus from New York City to Boston, MA, US: Tickets & Timetables

The price is fairly inexpensive and there are enough different times available to fit schedules. However, the wi-fi stopping after one half hour because I used the maximum amount of data (on a ride with only four other passengers) is just false advertising. The seats were not comfortable. The departure location chosen at purchase online was different than the location assigned when I received the tickets, costing me half an hour of my visit to Boston. Departure and arrival were right on schedule (arrivals were both in fact early). It is so easy to be better than this without increasing the cost of the service provided.

I enjoyed the AC and USB outlets under my seat and the small table in front of me. I was also happy that the bus left promptly and arrived early.

Bus was immaculate, left on time. Driver drove safely. Passengers were considerate of each other. Bathroom was in good warking order and clean Bus arrived early

The ride was fine but the customer service regarding notification of arrival/delay was brutal. Our bus was over an hour late, and the only thing I got was a email saying it may be 15 minutes delayed.

The seat was too narrow and small. The girl who sat right back to me was moaning and kicking my seat all the time. The smell of weed was disgusting.

They were on time as scheduled, very spacious with needed comfort. The only disconfort was the odour from the rest room was disturbing for us at the back seat.

Amazing the driver was kind enough to let me board with the earlier bus very professional so I took the 8 am bus his so kind

The seats were not so comfy. But we got to Boston safely and that’s what matters most.

Very bad experience, the bus was boiling hot and wifi wasn't working. We stopped after 2 hours and had to wait for another bus to finish the trip. Arrived 2 hours late. Seats are very basic, not even a trey table to put stuff. My reservation said there was a free bottle of water but it wasn't true!

Had to wait 1 hour for the bus as there were delays without intimation, the bus was stuffy there was no ventilation, overhead lights and air-conditioning do not work.

It was very cold inside. The departure was delayed and the departure location doesn’t make sense because it took us 40 minutes to leave midtown

4.5 hours (expected) but very cramped seating. Good overall (arrived on time, comfortable temperature, etc) and would take again, but nothing stood out as great.

intense hot air coming from under the bus blowing from the back, one half the usb chargers on one side did not function, nearly 3 hours late with no notice or update as promised, zero sanitation capabilities in restroom

Fare was cheap, able to bring baggage which was a plus. Driver was extremely rude.
