Despite the fog on the coquihalla and a detour back to Merritt, we got to Kelowna in a very timely and safe fashion.

Comfortable, for rhe most part quiet, the driver backed up my wish to ask another passenger to stop contnually talking on his phone, two seats behind me. Solid driving through the mountains and extremely busy traffic leaving Vancouver.
Passengers have shared positive experiences regarding the friendliness of bus drivers and appreciated having internet access and electricity during their trips, which allowed them to relax or work. However, some users noted that stops were not always announced clearly by the driver.

20 min. Late due to traffic so one break was only 10 min. Driver didn’t announce stops and was not very informative.

I enjoyed the view and was nice to take a break from driving . What I didn’t enjoy was being told last minute that my trip was over at the airport . The bus driver was kind enough to offer us a ride into town but I declined the offer . I have been travelling on the bus for years and this was by far the worst experience on the bus that I have ever had . Disorganization +++

I thoroughly enjoyed my trip yesterday to Kelowna from Vancouver. Customer service was excellent, from the staff checking us in to the courteous drivers. I can’t think of anything that needed to be improved. The seats were comfy, wifi was much appreciated, plus having a bathroom on board. Having coffee/tea/pop and cookies available was an added bonus! Our drivers were very personable, and I really appreciated Colin’s attention and concern for us passengers. The weather was kind of nasty, but he handled the road like a real pro. I will definitely use the bus service again!
