The trip was pretty pleasant. The seats were comfortable and spacious.A couple hours before the end of the trip. I was unable to access the bathroom and when I tried to approach the driver at the end of the trip he completely ignored me.

The trip was great I had an amazing driver I have extreme ptsd as a passenger its worse with a female driver and the last 2 times I took a bus over 20 years ago both got into accidents so I have major anxiety with busses but the driver I got today was amazing I was completely comfortable and relaxed and was even able to get some sleep she deserves a raise or atleast a bonus as she is an amazing driver and person

I paid for a ticket which cost more to Marbourgh and the bus driver said the Marbourgh office was not open anymore and I had to get off in Westbrook Mall. It's $111 to Westbrook Mall and $131 to Marbourgh Mall so I was told I would not be going to Marbourgh. I googled it and it said that pick up and drop offs were going till July 31 and I got the bus at Marbourgh this morning to come back to Kamloops. So the bus driver ended up costing me money I should not have had to pay. I had to pay $60 to get an Uber from West Brook Mall to Marbourgh Mall where I was getting picked up. I am very upset and out the money. Your buss driver lied to me and I am not happy.
