I have no problems with the bus drivers they are very kind and friendly from Cape Town to Kimberly and from KIMBERLY to Cape Town. There driving skills are professional and they make sure everyone is on the bus . But the problem I had coming from Kimberly to Cape Town I couldn't exchange my trip , I had to spent 8 hours getting an answer from the office in Cape Town., well I was in Kimberly. I had no choice to buy a new ticket., because I needed to get to my children in Cape Town. When I arrive in Cape Town the cashier was so rude to me , he threatened me and told me that I'm going to see now what he is going to do to me . So I recorded him and than he turned around and go sit on his chair like nothing happened. It happens on the 23 /03/2026 on Monday I did not want to be refunded all I wanted was to have my ticket to be exchanged. I had a bad experience.

your buses do not have proper ventilation when windows are closed because we can’t always have windows opened. your drivers and the people who check us in with bags are unprofessional not all but some. your stops are few, for a 12 hour drive we cannot only stop twice on the road. i understand that it’s a budget bus but your seats are extremely close together, too close. i hurt myself on the seat in front of me because my knees are literally squished into it and the seat next to me, the person sitting next to me is practically sitting on top of me

There’s absolutely nothing I enjoyed about the trip. The drivers and APM workers are very disrespectful and unprofessional. I took a bus that was suppose to be in Beaufort West by 01:40. The 16:25 bus that was suppose to via Beaufort West ended up not to because it had to take people going to Joburg. Now when they were offloading people to Joburg in Queenstown, they did not communicate with the ones that are suppose to get off in Woscester and Beaufort West. When I confronted the driver he was mean and rude. Now I had to go to Cape Town and go back to Beaufort West with 13:00 bus after travelling the whole night and day with the bus that was suppose to be in Beaufort West at 01:40.
