Hello. I had some American dollar and one of the checkpoint two guys with a distraction of driver stole my money about 1500 American dollars.

The bus was two hours late (we were told but didn’t wait to find out) and I had to take a different bus to Durango from a different carrier. It was a 4 hour and 40 minutes bus ride instead of the 3 hours and 20 minutes the Chihuahuenses posted it would take. I was thankful for Futura taking us but the bus was slow and the seats and arm rests were in disrepair. Lesson learned. I will not buy in advance from the app. Didn’t receive notification of delay and tickets are non refundable.
