Everything was great. We're a typical Monday morning. All eventualities were happening this Monday morning such as: heavy snow, passenger in a wrong bus, wipers acting finicky, passengers running for their work shifts, some others to catch their flight on time, driver’s microphone not working …all Monday caos… but Shawn! He kept all under control. Handled everything in a very good mood, such a great energy. Drove us all safely to our destinations. Amazing service!

For the first leg of the drive, the driver was very stressed out. After the break, he drove more carefully and took his time for the rest of the ride. Air conditioning is not the best, but overall, I got me to the point where I wanted to go. Next time, I might rent a car.
