The seats and driver were fine. It said the trip would only take around two hours but we spent two hours alone by the border control which made us very late. We understand that the waiting time by the border can vary from day to day but it would be great with an estimate on the arrival time instead of just saying that it only takes two hours in total. There also was some confusion with the seating as it said seat 5 and 6 on our tickets but on the bus the seats were named 5a, 5c and so on. It also said that WC would be available which was not the case. There was one bathroom stop however.
