Time for the ride was wrong. Ticket said 11:45 for the 54 bus, but the 54 was 11:40 and 12:20. We missed the 11:40 and therefore had to wait in the bad weather for the next 54 bus.
Also, the driver was very rude with everything from checking tickets, to loading bags, to seating. This bus was over double that of Flix and I do not see the value at all, especially given the poor service.

As soon as we arrived at the station, we went straight to the on-duty agent to ask a quick question about our ticket. Unfortunately, the agent seemed annoyed with us right from the start, which caught us off guard.
In the end, we asked the bus drivers who were about to depart, and they were incredibly kind and gave us the exact directions we needed. A big thank-you to the drivers for turning our experience around!
