The bus arrived late and was overfilled at the previous location so it only had THREE SEATS available for a room of almost 20 people. I don't know about others but I have had my ticket for about 3 weeks and needed to get on that bus to get to a flight in Tallahassee. I then had to go through the trouble of struggling to find an alternative way home because the staff had no idea when the next bus would arrive that day. The seating situation was poorly taken care of and should have been accounted for at the previous location. In my rerouting home I had to switch my flight to flying out of Panama City instead of Tallahassee costing me an additional $60 to Uber to the airport from the bus station. This is my first experience with a bussing system and I am very disappointed with my experience with Greyhound and doubt I will be booking with them again. I look forward to a response to this.
