It was okay we was stuck for like an hour because someone was on the tracks and got hit. We was waiting for a rescue train to transport us but then eventually got transported by the same train. Police let us leave. But very uncomfortable and too much of u r tired and r on a late train ride time is money. But other then that very welcoming helpful and the ppl on the train (waitresses) are very nice and do there job perfectly!!

The ride was excellent! The crew at check-in was very courteous and helpful. The train staff was friendly and the train was very clean. I look forward for my next adventure on Brightline.

It was my first trip on Bright Line. The staff at the Fort Lauderdale station answered all of my questions and put me at ease. I enjoyed the ride and will definitely travel with Bright Line again.
