It was terrible. The seats were very small. Everyone was crammed together. The bus was 5 min late picking us up but 45 min late getting us to our destination

The bus arrived late due to an accident. Whilst this is non-one’s fault, I received no notification which other passengers had and therefore, was concerned as to whether I was in the right place.
Also, some signage at the stop would have been useful.

The overhead storage was to small for my backpack and carryon luggage. I had to hold it on my lap for the entire journey. The arrival time at Miami Airport was nearly an hour late.
