Bus from Toronto to Ottawa, CA: Tickets & Schedules

The bus arrived at its final destination 45 min later than it was scheduled. Very disappointed.

I never experienced loading my own luggage to the luggage compartment before. All the time, the drivers or a company person were loading the luggages and they were sorting them according to the order where the passengers would be dropped off. During this trip, all the passengers had to load their luggages randomly, and when they got off the bus, they had to find and unload their luggages. The driver was mostly not bad except hard breakes, and turning the corners.

Great, minor delay with first bus (10 min delay) but it was during the morning rush hour so understandable though we arrived to the destination on time. No issues

Ontario Northland has to know who they are jointly working .Busbad are scamining customers by hacking and missing leading Customers through web booking!

This bus had comfy seats, working outlets, and good wifi. The bus wasn’t too full so I had two seats to myself. Great experience :)

The whole trip the bus temperature was super high, which made the trip very unpleasant. Even though the driver was asked twice to lower it, but for some reason the temperature was put up again. Also, the bus driver was kind of rude and kept burping loudly during the trip. Pretty unpleasant.

Have done the Rider Express with the same route in the past. First stops were much longer than the past, not sure why but that did make the trip longer and this bus was full.

Changed drop off location after departure, stopped for 1 hour no explanation. Bus driver was kind!

My first trip on OnexBUS exceeded expectations. The driver was courteous, responsive and a good driver.

Not clear where to wait for the bus. Too hard to get to seat. Sprint not made for long trips. Driver should call out passengers at designated stops he should gave a list ofcwho gets off where

For someone using buses from Toronto for the first time, the departing address and the mechanism are not clear, resulting in my missing the bus despite being at the stated adress long before the departure time—the address icon on the ticket shows a point on the street rather than inside (or on) the terminal building, making me assume that the sreet side—the same as Ottawa, my hometown, where busses picked up passengers on the sreet sides—is the stated pickup address. By the time I realized and went inside the terminal building and asked the Services (as no bus showed up) it had already left. :(

We were at the bus stop 15 minutes as we need to be, 7:15 am and the bus came around 9:30 am, I got the e-mail for the late arrival close to 9 am and there was no place to hide from the cold and snow.

I didn't nake it to the journey because it wasn't mentioned anywhere that the station is inside the building. I was waiting outside

The trip was canceled, but there was no information, and I wasn't refunded. I understand that the weather turned bad and there was a lot of snow, which is why it was canceled, but there was no information, and I was hoping and waiting, hoping for the trip. It wasn't until I called that I learned the flight was cancelled.

Very big delay for no apparent reason. Customer had no reasoning or idea of when the bus would show up, and simply told us to wait. Had to wait over 80 mins for the bus to show up after the scheduled departure time. Bus ride itself was not bad, plenty of leg room and comfortable ride.

Well clean environment as well as the washroom.I enjoyed my journey with orleans express.

It was a very good experience, the driver was extremely kind and polite, and we had a safe and comfortable trip.

There was a literal homeless woman on our small bus of 7 people (bus fit about 10). She was drinking alcohol on the bus. At one point she said that she is going to “slit her own throat” she wasn’t wearing her seatbelt and kept lunging at the driver pretending she dropped her phone. For a large majority of the ride I thought she was going to attack somebody. She listened to her music full blast and took up 3 seats.

I never made the trip. They sent out a late departure email saying they were leaving at 6:30pm when it was supposed to originally depart at 6:15pm. My girlfriend and I arrived at the station at 6:20. The bus operator saw us, refused to speak to us, and drove off at 6:23. It’s ironic that we have to accommodate to when they are late, but this is how Redarrow treats their clients when we are on time.

The driver who drove the Bus which departed from Toronto at 6.15 pm (6th August), was really friendly and helpful to ALL customers equally and he also arrived at Ottawa sharp at 11.20 pm, and was very punctual. The driver is very admirable in terms of his driving and the behaviour and discipline.

Bus was on time. It would have been better if some means are available to track the bus esp. for international passengers knowing the coordinates and timing of the bus at airport or bus driver number. Overall a good journey! Thanks Redarrow!

The bus was in the waiting spot earlier and arrived on time at the destination. The toilet wasn't as clean as expected

The temperature inside, the overhead compartment space, the seat space, the cleanliness, the plug sockets

Outlets advertised but there were none! That was the reason I chose this bus not another. Unacceptable. Also the seats were EXTREMELY filthy. Disgusting.
