Bus from Ottawa, CA to Toronto: Tickets & Schedules

I didn't chose my seat, so I didn't like that, we should be shown what seats have been taken and what is left to make a choice. Alot of time wasted at the the pick up points on the return leg. What I liked is the good driving by the drivers.

It was absolutely awful. My overnight bus from Ottawa to Toronto got cancelled 30 minutes before it was supposed to leave. I didnt get any emails, just a sketchy text from a random number that looked like spam. I got to the station and the man was super rude and unapologetic and they made no effort to get an alternate bus or give any options. I have never experienced anything like this and I have been taking buses from Ottawa to Toronto for 10 years. I would certainly never recommend buying Flixbus nor will I ever purchase from them again.

This was my first long-distance bus trip in Canada, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the washroom. It was not properly maintained, and there was a strong smell of urine throughout the trip from the beginning. The odor was noticeable even outside the washroom area and made the journey quite uncomfortable. I expected a cleaner and more pleasant travel experience, especially on a long route. Cleanliness and passenger comfort should be a priority for any transportation service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would be hesitant to travel with FlixBus again and hope they improve their maintenance and sanitation standards in the future.

Enjoyed most but the driver took huge risk to take exit for Scarborough. He was on the 2nd left lane crossed 2-3 lane with high risk to take exit. I believe he forgot then realized that he was missing the exit. As a bus driver he must be very careful.

The bus was late for 20 minutes and we got to stock on the rainy weather for almost in hour.

It was good. There was a ton of traffic and the driver did his best to avoid it and stay on route on time

Trip was from Ottawa to Toronto airport but they dropped us off downtown Toronto and put us on a train instead. Unnecessary hassle. Stop at better food places also not just Tim Hortons with only 7 minutes.

I didn’t enjoy it The bus breakdown and we have to wait for like 1hour before we were transferred to another bus at really affected my appointment

Horrible, bus was incredibly late, and there was a horrendous smell on the bus for the whole trip.

On time, break time on service center, great price! Just a little noisy and a small paper bag for on side of seat would be more consistent to put small garbage things.

The trip was punctual and the driver was very nice, but the location said 300 instead of 200 in the address which was a little confusing.

Terrible experience was supposed to arrive at my location at 8:50 PM instead arrived at 1:40am driver made multiple stops along the side of the road which made me and other passengers feel very unsafe and as well took extensive breaks will never be using this service again please believe the bad reviews online

The combination of the bus engine and ventilation was too noisy. More than other such buses I have ridden.

They delayed the departure of 30 minute and 2h later there was still no bus at the stop.

The picking and drop stops are so weird no one can find it easily but the bus service is very good

3 hours delay because of technical problem and no vouchers or refund or even Water!

Driver was courteous. Bus was clean. Seat was comfortable. Driver dealt with a passenger who had a medical emergency when disembarking for a time break in Kingston. Driver stayed calm, contacted emergency services and comforted victim until paramedics arrived. He also liaisoned with Starbuck staff as the emergency ended up on the restaurant property adjacent to the bus lay up at the Harvey’s. Driver kept us informed and as no was going to Scarborough Station or there were no scheduled pick ups, he was able to keep on time. Kudos to him.

Very spatious, charging station and very accommodative driver. Excellent service!
