Didn’t like the uncertainty of which bus to change to in Salmon Arm. Our driver didn’t give us the correct information. However, our driver from SA to Calgary was wonderful. She was very helpful and seemed on top of things with regard to our schedule.

Everything went well except the pick up at the Kelowna airport. The transportaion guard told me to go across the road and the bus would park right there. It parked about 150 yards away and the driver was quite indignant to myself for ''not reading the ticket'' and ''believing the guard''. Other than that the journey went very well...
