Megabus Canada Montreal London recent customer reviews
It was smooth and swift. I appreciate that we arrived a little earlier than scheduled.
Alexandra P.
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent Megabus journey from Montreal to London (Western). I started my journey at 11:00 AM, and as per my booking, I was supposed to reach London by 9:45 PM. However, due to poor communication and lack of proper instructions from staff, the journey became extremely frustrating and exhausting. At Kingston, we were informed that there would be a 10-minute break. We were told that if we stepped out, we must take all our personal belongings with us, as our seats might be reassigned to other passengers. After the 10 minutes, a staff member from the Kingston office asked the newly boarded passengers to get off and move to another bus. Following this, we were left waiting for almost one and a half hours, with no clear explanation. When I approached the staff to ask for clarification, I was told that the bus would not be going to Toronto and that I needed to board another bus. I finally boarded a different bus at 3:30 PM. When I asked the customer service representative for the reason behind this confusion, I was told that she did not know. Due to this delay, I missed my scheduled transit at 7:15 PM from Toronto Union, as I only reached Toronto at 8:23 PM. At Union Station, an employee informed me that there was another bus at 9:15 PM that I could take. Later, the same employee informed me that this bus was also delayed and would depart only at 9:45 PM. Overall, this was a very disappointing and poorly managed journey. The lack of communication, sudden changes, and delays caused significant inconvenience and stress. I expect better coordination and clearer instructions, especially for long-distance travel. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and I would appreciate an explanation for what went wrong during this journey.

Bus broke down in multiple occasions and my bus in Toronto abandoned me. Knowing I was almost to him.
