Bus from Kingston, CA to Toronto: Tickets & Schedules

It was extremely frustrating. The bus I was scheduled to take at 03:20am newer showed up. The next bus arrived 2 hours later causing me to miss my flight at Pearson airport. I had to pay $879 to get on another flight. This was a very horrible experience for me!! I would be thinking trice before booking with Flix again.

Bus broke down.. missed my appointment in Toronto.. had to take a $25 UBER to get home... NOT HAPPY

Weather was good and there were very few traffic delays so Driver made good time; bus was quiet allowing passengers to get some rest.

Vary little information being given and my bus ride was cancelled to give the bus over to another route and was told I have to get off. Very unhappy about it as I payed extra to be taken to the airport as I have mobility issues

My bus at 7/31 9:50 didn’t even come so i had to pay for another tucket to get onto the next one, which was at 12:20. I had to sit on the street for almost 3 hrs. A cancel notice would have been nice.

It was a terrible experience. Thought the 8/1 bus wasn’t delayed or cancelled but the megabus we were on 7/31 9:50 from Ottawa to Kingston was properly cancelled. We didn’t even receive any email and text messages. We even cannot contact any people from mega bus since no one is answering the phone and the email we sent wasn’t replied. I think it’s a common sense that if the company have the service at night, they should have a phone that can really call in and at least tell us what happened. Even my bank has 24 hours costumer contacting number. We had to wait in the cold night for almost 3 hours. As a foreign tourist, this makes me feel so lost and lonely.

The bus ride was smooth and nice. There was a bathroom at the back of the bus, as well as outlets at every seat. However the bus came 50 minutes later than it was expected, which resulted in reaching close to 2 hours later than listed. 5:30-8:15 bus ride from Queensu to Pearson was actually 6:20-10pm

Bus arrived an hour late, and departed over an hour late, took much longer than expected as well, I missed my flight

The van came 1 hour and 30 minutes late with no prior notification. When I asked other passengers who were waiting there, some of them got the late email and some didn't. We had to sit in the cold for that much time. The van itself was fine.

The driver didn't really seem to know what he was doing and the AC wasn't functioning properly on a 28°C day. 75 minutes late arriving and really unpleasant conditions.

I took the bus on the night of an ice storm, but and despite the conditions, the bus arrived at my destination on time. The driver was in a great mood and friendly; It was a middle of the night bus, and the bus was very dark and warm which made it perfect to get rest. I would definitely use this company again.

Bus was late and I got no compensation. It was almost 2 hours late and I missed my connection in Toronto

Very nice bus. Significantly better than most. Significantly more on time than most.

Disliked that the trip was 2 hours late. Besides that the driver was very friendly and nice.

I like the communication letting me know if there are any changes in the schedule and route, the complimentary drinks and snacks, and the attentiveness of the two—or three-member crew. Also, being able to choose where to sit comfortably, like in an airplane-style chair (pull-out tables are included for each chair), is a bonus.

Bus driver was quite rude. There was garbage in my seat and no drinks or snacks available.
