We bought 2 tickets for almost $360 from surrey to calgary. Because of traffic we were 5 mins late. I informed the company to please wait for us. But bus left. And we had to buy urgent tickets for flight. Very disappointed. It was 14 hours bus journey and how could they just leave us without even waiting for 5 mins or without calling us.

People talking all trip and the bus driver told me I would be able to access my food in my luggage at the next stop but then told us all to stay in the bus as the stop was only to switch drivers, causing me to have to wait an extra hour to access my bags to eat.

The Driver that took us from Vancouver and halfway before switching, he ensured we had fun and kept on engaging with us. I wish I could remember his name because he made my day considering the fact that my flight was cancelled hence why I had to use the bus. 5 star service for sure.
